Subprocessors
WebSuitable Inc uses the following services to operate Supportside. A database region does not determine every provider's processing location. Contact help@supportside.app for data protection questions.
Supabase
Authentication, database, private file storage, and realtime messaging. Supportside's primary database is in Canada Central. Supabase's operational processing and subprocessors are covered by its agreements and published subprocessor information.
Vercel
Application hosting, deployment, request delivery, and operational logs. Vercel uses global infrastructure; request and operational processing may occur outside Canada.
Postmark (ActiveCampaign)
Login and account emails, incoming support email, outgoing replies, and delivery receipts. Email content and delivery records are processed under Postmark's provider terms, including processing in the United States. Open and click tracking are disabled for Supportside email.
Stripe
Hosted subscription Checkout, invoices, payment methods, tax calculation, and payment events when payments are enabled. Stripe may act independently for some financial and legal purposes. Payment information and financial records follow its own terms and retention obligations. Current payments remain restricted to designated test workspaces until live activation.
GitHub
Private source control, automated release checks, operational checks, and encrypted attachment recovery copies when backup scheduling is active. Recovery copies have a seven-day retention window. Message and file content is not included in monitoring logs. Encrypted recovery archives are stored separately from their decryption key.
